Before spraying, it should be pickled, phosphated, melted or sandblasted, and the surface should be free of oil and other pollutants.

Powder coatings should be used strictly in batch order, and products with different approvals or different manufacturers are not recommended to be mixed.

Compressed air should be oil-free and water-free, and the working condition of the oil-water separator should be checked frequently. The working clamp should be properly connected to the grounded transmission part to ensure good connection.
