Description
It occurs as white to yellow-white crystals or crystalline powder. One gram dissolves in about 100 mL of water. It is soluble in hot alcohol, in dilute hydrochloric acid, and in alkali hydroxide solutions.
Applications
It is mainly used for amino acid infusion, comprehensive amino acid preparation, food nutrition enhancer.
