Amino Compound

Compounds containing amino groups are called amino compounds. Amino amino NH2 is a group formed by removing a hydrogen atom from ammonia. If the group (RNH -, R2N -) formed by removing one hydrogen atom from the amino group of an amine (RNH2, R2NH) is called an amino group. For example, methylamino (CH3NH -), diethylamino [(C2H5) N -] and phenylamino (C6H5NH -) are polar and basic groups. Inorganic compounds are ammoniates. There are amine, amino acid, amide, etc.
